In this key role, you'll be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day running of our site, coordinating various activities, and ensuring effective communication across departments. What you'll do:

  • Act as a central point of contact for various site operations and communications.
  • Coordinate and schedule site activities, including deliveries, maintenance, and contractor access.
  • Raise purchase orders.
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and invoices
  • Prepare information for new vendor creation and vendor updates
  • Arrange one-time payments and credit card payments
  • Maintain accurate site records, logs, and documentation (e.g., safety checklists, visitor logs).
  • Support the Site Manager with administrative duties, reporting, and project coordination.
  • Assist with the management of site resources, including equipment and supplies.
  • Inventory tracking and ordering for site-specific needs.
  • Ensure adherence to site safety protocols and assist with incident reporting as required.
  • Help to resolve minor operational issues and escalate complex problems to management.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a coordination, administrative, or similar operational support role, ideally within a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team.
  • Understanding of basic site safety procedures is highly regarded.
